Westminster council has ordered a £50m redevelopment of Pimlico school, in central London, back to the drawing board.
It has attracted much opposition. Criticisms include the design of the new school building and flats which block out natural light, the loss of 31 trees and pressures on parking.
The scheme was proposed under the Private Finance Initiative.
