One of the few undeveloped river sites in Westminster has been put up for a sale as a £40m luxury residential scheme.
Jottima Holdings has appointed Knight Frank and Savills to sell 135 Grosvenor Road, SW1, which has consent for a 20,000 sq ft Rolfe Judd-designed development comprising eight flats.
Offers in excess of £20m will be sought for the 0.2-acre site.
