Westrock has bought the 110,000 sq ft Merton Centre office in Bedford for £4.8m from a private investor.
The developer plans to convert the block into 160 flats, a gym, a café and shops.
The scheme will take Westrock’s pipeline to 1,500 units.
All parties were unadvised.
