Brookfield Property Partners is selling the European headquarters of US workspace provider WeWork, in the City of London.
Cushman & Wakefield and Strutt & Parker have been appointed to market Moor Place, EC2, at around £290m.
The 237,000 sq ft asset, formerly known as Moorgate Exchange, is 75% occupied by WeWork and produces a total passing rent of £13.5m.
The firm occupies the ground level and six upper floors on leases that expire in March 2035.
Other tenants in the building include CHP Consulting, Tradeweb Europe and CaixaBank.
The move follows the recent sale of 33 Queen Street, EC4, a City office let to WeWork, to German investor Corpus Sireo.
