WeWork has launched a partnership programme with 11 cities, including London, to help employers devise hybrid working strategies and incentivise workers to return to the office.
As part of the initiative, the flexible office provider will work with leaders and key organisations in five cities – London, Singapore, Los Angeles, Boston and Seattle – to offer incentives to businesses of all sizes, such as discounts on monthly membership fees and offers on private office spaces.
The company has also refreshed existing partnerships with cities that were formed to help businesses recover from the pandemic, including Paris, New York, Washington, Chicago, Miami and San Francisco.
Participants will be provided with key data and insights, collected throughout the partnership, into how their cities are returning to work, to help organisations make decisions for the future.
Sandeep Mathrani, chief executive and chairman of WeWork, said: “The prosperity of our cities is directly tied to the success of the businesses within them, and WeWork is proud to continue to help build strong communities in an ever-evolving world.”
