WeWork has leased its seventh office in Dublin, which will also be the debut base for its Headquarters brand in Ireland.
The new office, located at Green REIT’s George’s Key House at 155 Townsend Street, will house up to 250 members.
The Headquarters by WeWork space will offer occupiers their own personalised workspaces. This “service-lite” is similar to US rival Knotel’s business model, appealing to firms that do not need all the services of a traditional WeWork office and want bespoke spaces.
WeWork head of UK and Ireland real estate David Kaiser said: “Our new offering, Headquarters by WeWork, has been highly popular so far, and we are delighted to have signed the first location of its kind in Dublin.
“Personalised headquarters provides a business with the benefits of being part of the WeWork community as well as a space that is uniquely tailored to its needs and identity.”
