WeWork has sold $702m (£503.6m) of bonds in its first offering.
The final sale was a 40% increase on the initial proposal after strong investor interest was shown. The company has sold seven-year unsecured notes at a 7.87% yield having planned to sell $500m of notes a yield of between 7.75-8%.
