WH Anderton & Sons, specialist board and paper packager, has acquired a 1.62ha (4 acre) development site fronting Fifth Avenue in Trafford Park, Greater Manchester, from GR Morris.
The company refused to comment on how much it paid for the site but is offering to sell a 0.47ha (1.15 acre) portion of its investment for £494,193.22 per ha (£200,000 per acre).
Anderton will use the remainder of its site to develop a 1,858 sq m (20,000 sq ft) warehouse.
