Allied London Properties has appointed Douglas Wheatley as the new head of its Allied Scottish property and investment and development business, known as Allied London & Scottish Properties.
Wheatley replaces former managing director Barrie Clapham, who has left to focus on his own business interests.
The former director of the Credential Group, has already made some changes, which include the appointment of Donaldsons as managing agents for Allied’s flagship development, the Skypark and Clydeway Centre in Glasgow.
Allied is about to start the refurbishment of its 5,946 sq m (64,000 sq ft) Newkirkgate Centre in Leith, along with developing Glasgow’s first automated car parking system.
