Derwent’s White Collar Factory, EC1, has become the first UK development to be awarded Wired Platinum certification by connectivity rating company WiredScore.
The Wired certification acts as a benchmark for internet connectivity in buildings.
White Collar Factory will provide 237,000 sq ft of new office space and is 60% prelet to Adobe, AKT II, BGL, Capital One and Office Group. The development is due for completion in Q4 2016.
Derwent is pursuing Wired certification for 18 buildings across its portfolio, with an aim to deliver high quality internet connections in all its properties.
