Manchester Airports Group has hired Adam White as director of commercial and business development. .
White joins MAG after 10 years at JLL, where he was a development director working on deals including Legal & General’s acquisition of a 50% stake in MediaCity and the sale of the 19- acre ITV Granada site to Allied London, as well as AstraZeneca’s disposal of the 400-acre Alderley Park site in Cheshire.
Working with MAG Property chief executive Lynda Shillaw, White will oversee the separation of MAG Property’s UK-wide £623m property portfolio and land bank, business development and investor relations.
Shillaw said: “After 15 years of solid growth, MAG Property now offers something distinctive for businesses looking to occupy or develop space at our highly connected locations. We understand the complexities of the infrastructure and services that make airports work, so we know how to help businesses based there take full advantage of them.”
