MIPIM 2018: As the property industry descends on MIPIM, EG has crunched the numbers on the 25,215 delegates and who you will likely meet this week in Cannes.
Among agents, Savills is sending the largest cohort at 243 – with another 18 at Savills Investment Management. But the other major agents are not far behind. BNP Paribas Real Estate and CBRE both have 224 staff on the delegate list and JLL has 215.
With London’s local authority elections taking place in May, councils in the capital have scaled back their presence this year.
The GLA is sending nine delegates, and 13 representatives from London local authorities are attending – Barking and Dagenham sending the most at seven, five from its wholly owned regeneration company Be First.
