EG COLLABORATORS: When it comes to regeneration, the private sector and Joe Public’s understanding of what that word means and the benefits it may bring appear to be vastly different.
While one may equate regeneration with gentrification and explusion from their homes, the other sees it as a way to improve, enhance and provide.
For regeneration to have a truly positive impact on people’s lives – and, of course, on bottom lines – there needs to be true collaboration and communication.
