Wiggins Group outlined plans to build a £1bn skyscraper in Liverpool. The building would be the tallest in Europe.
The company wants to build on the south Liverpool site that hosted the International Garden Festival in the 1980s. It is seekingjoint-venture partners for the tower which would have up to 90 storeys.There would also be a hotel, shops and offices.
Wiggins owns a 100-year lease on the site.
