Wilkinson furniture has taken 84,000 sq ft at Scottish Widows Investment Partnership’s and Centurion Properties’ Bloc 84 distribution centre in South Manchester.
The shed, at Lawnhurst Trading Estate, has been let on a five-year lease at a stepped rent, increasing £3 per sq ft in year three.
Jones Lang LaSalle and B8 Real Estate are joint letting agents at Lawnhurst Trading Estate.
