Wilkinson has taken 3,600 sq m (38,751.3 sq ft) over three floors in The Wellington Shopping Centre, Aldershot.
The unit includes part of the former Safeway supermarket unit in Low Walk and Wilkinson are hoping to have the store fitted out in time for Christmas.
The home and gardenware specialist is paying £260,000 paon a 15-year lease with a rent review in the 10th year.
The agreement forms part of a fast-track refurbishment of The Wellington Shopping Centre being undertaken by owners Universities Superannuation Scheme. Building work has been carried out by Bryant to create a new mall in Low Walk, together with new lifts, additional shop units, a creche, baby changing area and toilets.
