Will Mullins has joined Dowley Turner Real Estate from CBRE’s EMEA industrial & logistics team, where he was advising clients such as Amazon, DHL, Kuehne & Nagel, Neovia and Federal-Mogul.
Mullins will start a secondment at Mountpark Logistics EU and will work closely with Roger Sporle and Tom Fowler-Tutt across Mountpark’s mainland European projects, supported by DTRE’s established UK business.
MLEU is a joint venture between USAA Realco and Mountpark which has the potential to deliver 2m sq m of logistics space at 16 sites across Central and Western Europe.

The DTRE team supporting this initiative will include business founders Keith Dowley, David Turner and Mark Webster, Cushman & Wakefield’s former Head of European logistics & industrial, who joined the partnership last year.
Dowley said: “It has always been our intention to expand our services into mainland Europe.
“Will joining DTRE and having the chance to learn so much from Mountpark at the outset provides the opportunity for this to happen.”
