Development Securities has let 28,800 sq ft (2,675 sq m) of offices at Milton House in Sheffield city centre to William Hill Credit.
The bookmaker has signed for three floors on a 15-year lease, at a rent of £12.75 per sq ft (£137 per sq m). The space will be used to house a telephone betting call centre that will supplement William Hill’s operation in Leeds.
William Hill joins Midland Mainline and serviced office provider Executive Communication Centres at Milton House.
Joint letting agents were Knight Frank and Campbell & Co.
