Willmott Dixon has been confirmed as Redcar & Cleveland borough council’s development partner for a £31m leisure-led scheme.
The developer has been given the go-head to transform the centre of Redcar through a 191,000sq ft scheme that includes a sports hall, gym, swimming pool, and offices.
