Wilson Bowden Properties has let 2,787 sq m (30,000 sq ft) in two deals at its 25,548 sq m (275,000 sq ft) Cardiff Bay Retail Park in south Wales.
Furnitureland has taken 1,858 sq m (20,000 sq ft) for a store which will open next year while Pets At Home has signed up for 929 sq m (10,000 sq ft). Both companies have agreed terms on the basis of 25 year leases with five yearly rent reviews.
Kevin Havill of joint letting agents Havills said that both Furnitureland and Pets At Home paid close to the asking rent of £134.55 per sq m (£12.50 per sq ft).
The other letting agent at Cardiff Bay Retail Park is EJ Hales.
