Wilson Bowden is working up plans for the £100m regeneration of Wokingham town centre following a public consultation.
Working in partnership with Berkshire council, the developer is planning a scheme with 190 homes, about 140,000 sq ft of shops and an anchor supermarket. The project will also feature a hotel, an urban park with play areas and an informal meeting space.
An outline planning application is expected to be submitted in November.
