London & Associated Properties has confirmed it is in discussions to sell the King Edward Court shopping centre in Windsor, Berkshire.
The company was responding to reports, including from Estates Gazette, that Scottish Widows Investment Partnership is under offer to buy the 215,000 sq ft centre .
A spokesman for the firm said: “LAP can confirm that it is currently in discussions with SWIP, which may or may not lead to the sale of the Windsor centre. The company will report further to shareholders at the appropriate time.”
The shopping centre was brought to market in September for £102.5m – a 5.75% yield.
