Wine maker E & G Gallo Winery has agreed a 10-year lease for offices at Harman House in Uxbridge, west London.
It has taken 14,000 sq ft at a rent of mid-£20 per sq ft. It will relocate from Cowley business park at the end of this year.
Mercer Real Estate Partners bought the 130,000 sq ft Harman House earlier this year, and is undertaking a refurbishment of the property.
Hanover Green and Simon Williams Commercial Property Consultants are letting agents on Harman House; Simon Williams also advised the tenant.
