Manhattan Associates has signed for a new Thames Valley office with Oaktree Capital Management and Patrizia UK.
The supply chain solutions company has signed a 10-year lease for 11,300 sq ft at the refurbished E2 building at Winnersh Triangle , near Reading.
Will Lawrie, asset manager at Patrizia, said: “As the economy strengthens, more and more companies are seeing the business advantages of the park’s excellent transport connections, its high-quality premises and first-class facilities.”
