Winterthur Life UK is reviewing the future of Colonial Life UK’s Chatham, Kent, headquarters.
Winterthur agreed to buy Colonial’s UK business for £301m last month.
It is likely the enlarged group’s headquarters will be at Basingstoke, Hampshire, from where Winterthur’s UK business operates.
