WiredScore launches UK Accredited Professional programme

WiredScore, the global certification for technology in real estate, has launched a UK Accredited Professional programme.

The company behind the WiredScore and SmartScore ratings already has more than 650 accredited professionals globally across 275 companies through a programme that helps the industry support clients on their quest for WiredScore certifications. APs serve as an extension of the WiredScore team, undergoing training to be able to certify buildings both in the commercial and residential sectors.

WiredScore has confirmed that 100 APs have already signed up in the UK from companies including CBRE, Arup and Hoare Lea.

William Newton, president and managing director at WiredScore, said: “The launch of our Accredited Professional programme in the UK is a significant step for WiredScore in realising our mission to make the world’s buildings smarter and better connected.”

George Roberts, head of UK and Ireland at Cushman & Wakefield, said: “For people today, the in-building digital experience is increasingly important to the way they live, work and play. Cushman & Wakefield is committed to enabling our clients to deliver exceptional technology experiences to building users. Our partnership with WiredScore enables us to provide world-leading services to our clients, drawing on global best practices for in-building technology.”

It allows us to focus on delivering excellent digital engineering designs for them, that meet their needs and future-proof their assets.”
