Wise Living has bought a 6.6-acre site in the East Midlands for a 140-unit scheme for its build-to-rent portfolio.
The site, Amber Drive, on the outskirts of Langley Mill, Derbyshire, is the second acquisition for Wise Living, which is financed by asset manager ICG-Longbow and delivery partner SDL Group.
Amber Drive has detailed planning for 92 houses and will have a new application submitted in the autumn for 140 rental homes.
Wise Living said it was in advanced talks on a number of further sites across the East Midlands, West Midlands and Yorkshire.
