Wisley to bloom with 2,100 homes

Wisley-570px Causeway Land, on behalf of Wisley Property Investments, has submitted plans for 2,100 homes in Surrey close to the Royal Horticultural Society’s famous gardens.

Feilden Clegg Bradley-designed plans provide homes ranging from one-bedroom flats to five-bedroom houses on 70 acres in Wisley. Shop and office space totalling 75,347 sq ft is also proposed.

Mike Murray, partner at Causeway Land, said: “Wisley is an assembled site, sits in single ownership and will be able to provide immediate development.” Savills is advising on planning.
