Wolverhampton & Dudley Breweries has sold 50 pubs to Barracuda Group for £37.3m.
Wolves has another 100 outlets on the market which includes the Pitcher & Piano chain. Regent ruled out buying Pitcher & Piano earlier this week.
Wolves says several potential buyers are still looking at Pitcher & Piano.
