Worcester-based independent practices Halls Commercial and Wilkins Chartered Surveyors have merged to form Halls Wilkins Commercial.
The combined practice will become the largest firm of commercial property agents in Worcester.
Roger Wilkins, senior director of Wilkins, which was established in 1996, will become a partner in the new business. He said: “We have prided ourselves on being a small but vibrant and friendly practice over the years and this move sees us coming together with a very well established and diverse practice in Halls.
“This is a natural progression for us as a business and we feel that both parties can combine complementary skills and expertise and thereby widen our combined agency and management portfolios.”
Halls has also been practicing in the area for year, previously being known as Humberts, DTZ and before that Bernard Thorpe. The company provides specialist commercial property services to clients including landlords, developers and institutions, as well as providing strategic development advice to landowners.
