Salmon Harvester Opportunity Fund has got the green light to redevelop its 222,000 sq ft Cathedral Plaza shopping centre in Worcester.

Consent from Worcester city council is for seven new restaurants, shops and a gym.

Nick Webb, asset manager for the Salmon Harvester Opportunity Fund said: “We have been working in partnership with both city and county councils and have been very pleased with the positive approach both have taken to the project as this is exactly the type of investment the city centre needs.”

Completion is expected for 2016. The letting agents are DMR, Hartnell Taylor Cook and Johnson Fellows.
