Two Worcestershire property consultancies have merged to form a new agency.
Worcester-based Guise Jones Sawyer and Bromsgrove-based JP Dillon have formed the partnership GJS Dillon LLP.
Philip Jones and John Dillon, the principals of Guise Jones Sawyer and JP Dillon, will be partners in the new, five-strong firm.
GJS Dillon will cover north and south Worcestershire, and along the M5 and A38 corridors from its offices in Worcester and Bromsgrove. It will work across all areas of the commercial property market, including acquisition consultancy, management and valuation.
John Dillon, former director at Lambert Smith Hampton in Birmingham and partner in the new firm, said: “With JP Dillon best known for its industrial and office agency and Guise Jones Sawyer’s focus on consultancy and professional surveying work, our new firm will provide an improved service for all its existing and prospective clients.”
