Flex operator Work.Life to open largest site yet

Flexible office operator Work.Life has struck a deal to open its 13th and largest site yet, at Eurazeo and Arax’s Johnson Estate in Farringdon, EC1.

The operator, set up by co-founders David Kosky and Elliot Gold, will run 32,000 sq ft of workspace across seven floors, including 40 private offices, a podcast studio and screening room, and dedicated event space. It is expected to open in February 2025.

The deal comes hot on the heels of the launch of Work.Life Borough in the 22,000 sq ft
Typewriter building in July.

Work.Life chief operating officer Paul Dutnall said: “We expect high demand. Farringdon is a vibrant hub for creativity and tech, and we’re excited to offer a community-focussed space for small businesses to thrive.”
