Workspace and Copthorn Homes have agreed to develop a live-work residential scheme next to Workspaces Three Mills Film Studios in east London.
It is expected to be finished by spring 2002 with an end value of about £5m.
Workspace reported first-quarter pretax profits up £400,000 to £2.2m.
