Workspace consent on Phipp Street

Holywell-Centre-EC2Serviced office provider Workspace has been given planning consent to redevelop the Holywell Centre in Shoreditch, EC2.

The building, on Phipp Street, is a 21,000 sq ft office with a value of £9m as of March 2015. The consent will allow Workspace to create a 55,000 sq ft business with an estimated value of £19m upon completion.

The company said the building would retain the warehouse characteristics of the area and provide office spaces of between 200 and 1,300 sq ft to its tenants.
