Workspace Group reported a 76% boost in third-quarter pre-tax profits to £2.84m on turnover from continuing operations up 5% to £5.9m.
The profits included the exceptional gain of £920,000 from the sale of a property in Hackney, London.
The disposal meant the annual rent roll remained static at £17.5m.
