Workspace Group has been granted planning permission for the redevelopment of the Marshgate industrial estate in Stratford, E15.
The two-and-a-half acre site contains 93,000 sq ft of light industrial space and was valued at £14m in September this year.
Workspace plans to replace the existing buildings with 200 residential units and a new 34,000 sq ft business centre.
