WP Carey has purchased a logistics facility in Solihull for £140m.
The shed, developed by Prologis, spans 1m sq ft and is let on a 30-year lease to Jaguar Land Rover.
It is located at the centre of the logistics Golden Triangle, close to the M42, Birmingham Airport and Birmingham International Railway Station.
Karolis Adlis, senior vice president of investments at WP Carey, said: “Driven by the rapid growth in e-commerce and fulfilment needs, demand for UK logistics assets continues to exceed supply.”
