Nigel Wray’s consortium said it was unhappy about the date set for a shareholders’ meeting to approve its injection of up to £15m in Nottingham Forest football club. The meeting is planned for February 24 but the offer lapses on February 13. Wray is threatening to pull out if the date is not brought forward. He can extend the offer if he wants to.
