YO! Sushi is to open a new store at Aviva Investors and Meyer Bergman’s Bentall Centre in Kingston-upon-Thames.
The Japanese food operator will take 1,400 sq ft on the second floor and has agreed a 15-year lease at an annual rent of £100,000.
Founded in 1997, YO! Sushi now has 70 restaurants.
The Kingston mall is let to brands including Hollister Co, Timberland, Superdry, Fat Face, Zara, Pandora, Apple and MAC.
Theo Fordham, head of catering and leisure at Lunson Mitchenall, said: “With Kingston’s growing ABC1-biased catchment, the Bentall Centre offers an exciting and varied opportunity for the chain as it looks to expand in the Greater London area.
“Kingston is a key town for YO! Sushi and we have spent a considerable amount of time considering options. The Bentall Centre was an obvious choice.”
