A development site with permission for a £66m GDV mixed-use scheme in York has been placed on the market.
Knight Frank and RY Partnership are marketing the 0.7-acre site in the Roman Quarter, which comprises 79,000 sq ft of office buildings at 1-9 Rougier Street, most of which are vacant.
In October, developers North Star and Rougier Street Developments, together with the York Archaeological Trust, received permission for a 185,000 sq ft mixed-use development, including 153 apartments, an 88-room aparthotel, 20,000 sq ft of offices and 35,000 sq ft for a visitor attraction.
That scheme has a GDV of £66m, according to planning documents. However, the site is being marketed as suitable for other PBSA, BTR or hotel options.
