Yorkshire Post signs at No 1 Leeds

The Yorkshire Post and Yorkshire Evening Post newspapers have taken around 35,000 sq ft of office space at IVG’s No 1 Leeds building in Leeds city centre.

The newspapers, published by Johnston Press, are understood to have taken the space on a 10-year lease and are thought to be paying close to the quoting rent of £24 per sq ft.

The move follows Johnston Press’s decision to sell its current offices on Leeds’ Wellington Street.

The 122,000 sq ft No 1 Leeds was developed as Latitude Red by BAM Properties and was sold to IVG in 2007.
