Country & Metropolitan Homes (Northern) is converting a grade II listed Georgian residence to provide five houses and apartments at Wetherby, West Yorkshire.
The developer will also build eight family homes in the nearly 3 acres (1.21ha) of walled and wooded grounds. These four- and five-bedroom houses will have double garages and private drives.
The original house, Stone Dene, off Deighton Road, is finished in locally quarried Yorkshire gritstone and has period features which have been retained. Refurbishment of the house and outbuildings will provide one- and two-bedroom apartments and two- and four-bedroom homes over two storeys.
Prices start from about £57,500 for a one-bedroom apartment up to £275,000 for a new five-bedroom detached home.
