Yotel’s Gerard Greene is aiming to modernise the rental experience, launching Society, a private rental website.
An app to go with the website will enable tenants to move into a property within two days of viewing it.
The construction of 600 flats is planned for Manchester, with the developers owning the properties and Society providing the rental service.
