New yoga and pilates studio Yotopia is to open at 13 Mercer Street, WC2.
Yotopia has agreed to take 2,700 sq ft on a 15-year lease with Longmartin Properties. It will include two yoga studios, a hot yoga studio and a regular studio.
Yotopia plans to expand and is seeking opportunities for large sites in locations in London and possibly across the UK
Cushman & Wakefield and Savills advises the Longmartin joint venture.
