US-based wellness firm Young Living is to establish its UK headquarters at Chiswick Park, W4.
The firm will sign a 10-year lease for 25,000 sq ft at the park, managed by Blackstone. Quoting rent at Chiswick Park is from £49.50 per sq ft
Young Living will occupy the third floor of Building 11, taking vacancy at the office park to 1.5% excluding Building 7. The 334,000 sq ft final phase of the 33-acre office park, Building 7, is to launch later this year.
