Your Space looks for more spaceto meet demand

Flexible office space provider Your Space has reported a loss at the interim stage, but said it was looking at more acquisitions.

Your Space, called Technology & Internet Property Services prior to the crash in the hi-tech sector, was founded by investment agents Harvey Soning and David Berry.

The company made a pretax loss of £80,000 in the half-year to the end of September. Turnover was £225,000, up from £65,000 in the previous six months.

Chairman David Berry commented: “We are investigating the viability of acquiring a number of income-producing properties in those areas of the UK where growing businesses have shown demand for flexible office space.”
