Property professionals are being asked for their views on the Commercial Property Standard Enquiries.
The suite of documents, launched in 2002, have become the industry standard for finding and exchanging information during commercial property transactions.
The CPSE were originally put together by the London Property Support Lawyers Group and the British Property Federation. But after 10 years the group has decided to update the standards and has launched a survey to get users’ views.
