Zara is to more than double the size of its Dublin flagship as part of Hines’ South King Street development.
The fashion retailer will take 33,000 sq ft, up from its current 14,000 sq ft.
The new store will be located within Hines European Core Fund’s 106,000 sq ft Chatham & King asset in the Grafton Street area of Dublin.
