ZBD Displays has relocated its headquarters to Kingswood in Ascot, Berkshire.
The electronic labelling company has taken 3,875 sq ft at Building 3 on a five-year lease at £15 per sq ft.
ZBD left its offices at Orchard Lea, just outside of Windsor, in favour of the Foster & Partners-designed scheme.
Knight Frank and Page Hardy advised landlord UKCP (Four). The tenant was unrepresented.
